The Little Red Planet wants you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return 14 days from the date of receipt for store credit only. All merchandise must be returned in the same condition as received with the original packaging and tags attached.

There are no returns or exchanges on SALE items or INTERNATIONAL orders.

Sometimes packages can take a little while to get back to us, so please allow 7 days for us to process your return from the time you send your return. As soon as we receive please allow 2 business days.

We are unable to directly EXCHANGE an item at the time of processing your return. If you wish to exchange an item please place a new order with us online (subject to availability). Then please ship back the incorrect item and a refund will be issued once received.
