DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All domestic orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 days out of Sag Harbor NY with USPS. This excludes holidays and weekends.

We offer FREE Domestic shipping (3-8 business days) on orders over $150. All orders under $150 will be charged a flat rate of $9.50. We are happy to offer Priority Shipping with USPS for a flat rate of $16 (1-3 business days). Next business day shipping will be a flat rate of $35.

All orders are trackable via USPS. Once the order has been delivered and scanned by USPS it will be considered the sole responsibility and property of the customer.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 days out of Sag Harbor NY with DHL Worldwide Express. This excludes holidays and weekends.

We offer a flat rate of $50 on all international orders.

All international orders are final sale.

The Little Red Planet wants you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return 14 days from the date of receipt for store credit only. All merchandise must be returned in the same condition as received with the original packaging and tags attached.

If you would like to return an item, please email us at service@thelittleredplanet.com and we will send you a return shipping label.

There are no returns or exchanges on SALE items or INTERNATIONAL orders.

Sometimes packages can take a little while to get back to us, so please allow 7 days for us to process your return from the time you send your return. As soon as we receive please allow 2 business days.

We are unable to directly EXCHANGE an item at the time of processing your return. If you wish to exchange an item please place a new order with us online (subject to availability). Then please ship back the incorrect item and a refund will be issued once received.
